Beijing (GaeaTimes.com) — The traffic condition in China has become hellish. The situation is unprecedented with the jam already being at 100 kilometers and rapidly escalating. The situation can be safely termed as a traffic nightmare.

The fact of the matter is that the situation has lasted since August 14th. Reports suggest that the situation could well go on into weeks. The hold up is being caused by maintenance construction. Situation got worse as street vendors have inflated their prices up to four times.

A similar blockage in traffic was reported in July which disrupted traffic. It seems that the woes of the drivers are not going to be over anytime soon. The route to Beijing from Huai’an is almost inaccessible.
