Two more held for killing Amity student

NOIDA - Two more men were arrested Friday on charges of abducting and killing a student of the Amity University, police here said.
Tilak Dhari and Ganesh were arrested a day after three men were held in connection with the murder case. All the five are accused of abducting and killing Rohit Singh, who was pursuing his B. Tech from the Amity University.
“An Indica and a Santro car were recovered from Tilak and Ganesh who confessed that the body of the student was transported from Panipat to Bulandshar in the Indica car and then shifted to the Santro from Bulandshahr to Aligarh where they disposed off the body,” inspector Anil Samania said.
Rohit Singh, abducted for ransom, was found dead in Aligarh town of Uttar Pradesh March 20. His body was found floating in a canal.
Vivek Patel, Saurabh Punjabi and Vishal Sachdeva were arrested Thursday.
“Vivek, Saurabh and Vishal hatched a conspiracy to abduct Rohit. They called Rohit and told him to meet them outside his Noida hostel. Rohit came out and before going with them he took a loan of Rs.1,000 from his local guardian to buy a book,” a police officer said.
