Man held after Facebook posting on murder plan

Modena (Italy), Dec 2 (IANS/AKI) A man was arrested in the northern Italian city of Modena after he posted to his Facebook profile the date he was planning to murder his ex-girlfriend - on her birthday.

Police managed to make sure the woman was in a safe place on that date.

They had previously cautioned her ex-boyfriend for stalking her after she left him.
