KOLKATA, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com) — An unanimous call rattled Kolkata Technopolis building as when the caller claimed that there was a bomb in IT hub Technopolis. The police rushed to the place and carried on an exhaustive search of the fourteen storey building to find no such bomb.

Rajarhat police evacuated all the workers. The evacuation process created scare and panic among the employees and the workers. The process turned out to be violent when some security personnel got into a scuffle with by-standers, a large group of media personnel and office employees who had gathered around the site to witness the panic.

Reports said that two journalists were injured in the clashes. After intensive search, police came to the conclusion that the call was a hoax that triggered fear and panic among the people.

A similar hoax call had disturbed NSCB International Airport early this morning. However, both these calls were just mere fake calls.
