Maoists kill doctor in Bihar

PATNA - Suspected Maoist guerrillas shot dead a doctor in Bihar’s Rohtas district, police said Friday.

Armed Maoists killed Dinesh Prasad in Nauhatta in Sasaram, the headquarter town of Rohtas district, about 150 km from here, late Thursday.

A police officer said the rebels forcibly entered Prasad’s house and shot him dead.

Police have filed a case and investigations are on.
