Blaze in defence canteen godown in Bangalore

BANGALORE - A fire broke out Tuesday afternoon in a three-storey building, serving as a godown of the defence canteen stores near Trinity Circle in Bangalore’s central business district.

There was no information immediately on whether anyone was on the second and third floors of the building where the fire is raging.

Fourteen fire tenders were trying to douse the fire, police and fire services officials said.
