NEW DELHI - An imposter took away the pass issued to Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) MP M.B. Rajesh for the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony, the Lok Sabha MP has complained. He Sunday asked the Games Organising Committee to cancel the.

Speaking to IANS on phone from his Palakkad constituency in Kerala, Rajesh said he learnt about the fraud Sunday. He also said he will complain to Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar against the Organising Committee for issuing his pass to another person without his consent.

Rajesh said the Organising Committee has informed him that they would file an FIR Monday.

He said the person who collected his pass had also secured a spouse pass in his name.

“I came to know about the fraud today (Sunday) when my personal assistant went to collect my pass. I have told them (Organising Committee) to de-activate both the passes,” Rajesh said.
