Six die in China factory blast

BEIJING - At least six people were killed and eleven injured in an explosion at a firecracker factory in China’s Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, police said Sunday.

The blast took place in a factory in Lingshan county at about 6 p.m., Xinhua reported citing police officers.

The cause of the explosion was yet to be known, police said.
