Satish Gupta Arrested For Murdering Wife

BANGALORE, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- In a shocking development that has created sensation in the IT industry in India a senior employee of Infosys has been arrested for murdering his wife. Satish Gupta works in Infosys as a HR manager and his wife Priyanka Gupta was found murdered at the home three days back. She was a teacher in the Delhi Public School. B N S Reddy the Bangalore Deputy Commissioner of Police said that the HT manger of Infosys has been taken into police custody as the suspect has fallen on him. The couple had tied the knot three years back and they did not have any kids.

The dead body of Priyanka Gupta - the late wife of Satish Gupta was found in a pool of blood, her throat slit. It was suspected that the woman was strangulated before her throat was cut. Her husband tried to pass it as an attempted dacoity at home and resultant murder. He wrote in the complaint that he went out for jogging in the morning and his wife was doing yoga at the home. He also received a call from the wife who had told him that she sent away two people who came to the home for supplying newspapers. He found the door locked upon returning. He reportedly went to office to fetch the duplicate key and on opening the door with those keys found the dead body of his spouse.

The police later found evidence that he murdered her in a cold blooded manner though the exact reason is still not clear. Satish Gupta said in his statement later that he had loved his wife dearly.
