Mass. condo explosion hurts 2 people; 1 rescued
NORFOLK, Mass. — Police say at least two people were hurt and a worker pulled from the rubble after an explosion at a new condominium development in Norfolk, Mass.
Police said Friday that two people were taken away in MedFlight helicopters after the explosion and fire at The Village at River’s Edge around 12:30 p.m. Friday.
A neighbor says someone was living in one side of the duplex but that the other side was under construction. Another neighbor told WHDH-TV that a woman who lived in the finished side escaped unhurt.
Investigators aren’t sure what caused the explosion.
