Blast hurts ten people in Swat, Pakistan; Police arrests would be suicide bomber

Pakistan, Islamabad: Ten people have been hurt in Swat as a result of a bomb blast in a busy market of Suhrab Khan Chowk.

Police have confirmed a dozen people got multiple injuries and were taken to nearby hospital in Saido Shareef. Initially there have been no reports of causalities, however, police source said some of the victims of blast might succumb to injuries as well.

When contact, District police officer Swat Qazi Ghulam Farooq confirmed the blast. However, he said it was not clear either it was a suicide blast or a planted one. It is pertinent to note that police teams, early Saturday morning arrested a would be suicide bomber from main market of Swat.
