Child killed, 50 injured as school bus falls into river

PATNA - At least one child was killed and nearly 50 injured early Monday after their school bus fell into a river in Bihar’s Kaimur district, police said.

The bus skidded off a bridge and fell into a river near Bhabhua, about 160 km from here, police said.

“One child died after the school bus fell into a river and 50 people were injured,” a police officer said.
