Storm kills 31 people in West Bengal

KOLKATA - At least 31 people were killed and thousands rendered homeless when a massive storm lashed parts of West Bengal’s North Dinajpur district early Wednesday, an official said.

The Norwester storm is common in West Bengal at this time of the year.
