Young man shot dead in Delhi

NEW DELHI - A 22-year-old man who was shot but survived earlier this week here was Saturday gunned down by a group of men who escaped, the victim’s family said.
Neeraj sustained head and neck wounds and died before he could be taken to a hospital. Police quoted witnesses to say the killer was Pipan, a resident of Bawana.
Earlier this week Pipan had shot Neeraj, said Jagber Singh, Neeraj’s distraught father. But he survived.
On Saturday, Neeraj was on a motorcycle with a friend when they were intercepted and he was shot dead.
