Three railway workers run over by train

KOLKATA - Three railway employees were run over by a train while they were working on a track in West Bengal’s Burdwan district, an official said Friday.

The accident occurred between Wadia station and Duragapur station, an Eastern Railway spokesman said.

“Gangmen Biswaranjan, Bali Ram Lal and Jogeshwar Yadav were killed on the spot,” the spokesperson said.
