Wife stabs husband for infidelity

NEW DELHI - A 48-year-old woman allegedly stabbed her husband due to his extra-marital affair, police said Wednesday.

Sunita, a resident of Zamrudpur in southeast Delhi, saw her husband Pratap with his companion. Sunita questioned him about his affair and a fight broke out between the two. In the melee, Sunita stabbed Pratap, police said.

“Sunita stabbed her husband Pratap after she questioned him over his extra-marital affair Monday,” a police official said.

“Pratap was admitted to a nearby hospital and the woman has been arrested,” the official said.
