I-95, major East Coast link, reopens in flooded RI
PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The main interstate highway linking major East Coast cities has reopened after flooding shut a stretch down in Rhode Island.
The Rhode Island Department of Transportation said Thursday that Interstate 95 has reopened in Warwick in both directions.
I-95 is the main route from New York to Boston.
