Chandigarh police bust another sex racket

CHANDIGARH - Just one day after busting a sex racket in this union territory, police Thursday said they had busted another flesh trade racket that was going on in this region through internet.

According to the police, they have arrested four people, including a woman, who were involved in this business for the past many months.

The accused were identified as Tarun Goyal, Kamlesh Mishra, both residents of Panchkula town in Haryana.

Tarun Goyal, who was the kingpin of the gang, had created a website, www.chandigarhcallgirls.com to attract customers and a mobile number was also mentioned there for further communication, a police officer said.

On the basis of this information, we laid a trap and contacted them through a decoy customer on the mobile number that was given on the website. A deal was struck at Rs.6,000 and they called us to Sector 22 where police arrested them.

Chandigarh police had arrested three women and a pimp Wednesday, for running a sex racket in this region for the past few months.
