Woman arrested for duping youths

CHANDIGARH - A 32-year-old woman has been arrested here on charges of cheating three youths of Rs.600,000 on the pretext of sending them to Canada for work.

According to the police, Shilpa Aggarwal took Rs.200,000 each from three relatives of Amrik Kaur.

Aggarwal had provided the documents and visas to the thre. But when they reached the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, they learnt that they had fake documents, said a police official.

The arrested woman had allegedly prepared the fake documents at her home using her computer and printer.
