Former BJP legislator arrested for attacking senior lawyer

NEW DELHI - A former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator and three others were arrested for attacking noted criminal lawyer R.K. Naseem Jan 24, police said Friday.

Naseem was attacked by Vinod Sharma, his brother-in-law, and three others in Dabri area of southwest Delhi over some property dispute.

Delhi Police Wednesday transferred the case to Crime Branch.
