Moscow, April 10 (IANS/RIA Novosti) Human error was most likely to blame for the crash of the Polish president’s aircraft, a Russian security source said Saturday.

The plane crashed in western Russia, killing 132 people on board, including President Lech Kaczynski and his wife.

A mistake by the crew during landing maneuvers has supposedly caused the crash,” the source told RIA Novosti requesting anonymity. There has been no official reaction on what caused the crash.
