13 killed in birthday party shooting in Mexico

Mexico City, Feb 1 (IANS/EFE) At least 13 people were killed and 16 injured when a group of gunmen attacked a birthday party in Ciudad Juarez city of Mexico, officials said.
About 60 people, most of them teenage students, were attending the party Sunday when more than 20 gunmen came in seven vehicles and opened fire inside the house in Juarez near Texas border, eyewitnesses said.
Two adults and 11 teenagers are among the dead, hospital spokesmen said, adding that Some of the wounded are in critical condition.
