40 missing in Bihar boat accident

PATNA - At least 40 people were missing and feared drowned when a boat capsized Sunday in the Ganga river in Bihar’s Buxar district, police said.

The accident occurred late Sunday when the passengers, all of them labourers, were returning after their day’s work, police said.

Rescue and search operations are on.
