Rs.3 lakh looted in Ranchi

RANCHI - Unidentified criminals looted Rs.3 lakh from the employees of a shop when they were going to deposit the money in a bank here Wednesday, police said.
Police said two members of the staff of Kamdhenu Electronics Enterprises situated on S.N. Ganguly road of Ranchi were going to deposit Rs.3 lakh in Canara Bank. Two unidentified persons snatched the money at gun point and escaped.
A first information report (FIR) has been registered at the Kotwali police station.
The Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce has demanded arrest of the criminals involved in the robbery.
