Man lynched in Ghaziabad

GHAZIABAD - A 47-year-old man was lynched in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad district on suspicion of taking a cow for slaughter, police said Monday.

The incident took place Sunday night in Chitaura locality of this city.

“The man, a Dalit, was from the same locality,” Superintendent of Police Rural M.M. Beg said.
