Gurgaon family robbed of Rs.2 lakh

GURGAON - Four robbers held a family at gunpoint Sunday and fled with Rs.2 lakh in cash and jewellery in this suburb of the national capital, police said.

“Four robbers with their faces covered entered a businessman’s house in posh sector 15 and held the family hostage at gunpoint at 11 a.m. today (Sunday),” a senior police officer said.

“Rajendra Kalra, the owner of the house, was not present when the incident took place. The robbers locked his wife and three sons in the bathroom before leaving,” the officer added.
