Gujarat minister again fails to turn up before CBI

GANDHINAGAR - Gujarat’s Minister of State for Home Amit Shah, summoned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) over the 2005 killing of Sohrabuddin Sheikh in a fake shootout, Friday again failed to turn up before the agency.
He send his lawyer Mitesh Amin instead who asked for the questionnaire. But the agency refused to give it.
