2 brothers, another man die in Texas plane crash
TOLAR, Texas — The Department of Public Safety says two brothers and another man died after their single-engine plane crashed in a field near Fort Worth.
DPS Trooper Dub Gillum says the Beechcraft Bonanza crashed near Tolar (TOH’-ler), 45 miles southwest of Fort Worth, on Tuesday night.
Gillum said Wednesday that two of the men died at the scene and another died later at a hospital in Fort Worth.
He said federal investigators were on the way to the scene.
The identities of the deceased were not immediately released pending notification of relatives. Gillum said two were brothers and that one of the siblings may have been visiting from India.
