NASHVILLE (GaeaTimes.com)- A fire which has broken out in the Prestige Point Apartment of Nashville has come under speculation but for the wrong reasons. Officials in charge of the fire case have issued a statement in which they say that the fire which broke out in the morning of Friday was a foul play on the part of somebody wanting to play a prank. In the report submitted by the officials, the incident has been called “suspicious”.

Residents of the Prestige Point apartment saw smoke coming out of a vacant space in the lower storey of the three storey building and immediately summoned the fire fighters who successfully put out the fire which had initially started from a bathtub kept inside the empty apartment. The empty apartment was supposedly open and always remains so as it is used as a storeroom by the residents of the building. What puzzles the fire department of Nashville is the fact that nothing inside the apartment put forward a reason for a fire to break out in the empty apartment. Investigation in the Paragon Mills Road fire case is still on.

The good part of the accident is that none of the residents in the Prestige Point apartment was hurt. Even though one of the blocks of the building had to face the brunt of the flames, fire officials were quick to arrive at the spot of accident and deliver orders of evacuation. fire fighters made use of ventilation fans to flush out the smoke which had spread throughout the campus of the Prestige Point apartment.
