Former Goa minister surrenders

PANAJI - Former Goa Minister Mickky Pacheco Saturday surrendered to a court here in connection with the death of his alleged lover.

Pacheco, charged with culpable homicide following the death in Chennai of 28-year-old woman Nadia Torrado, was underground for nearly a month as the police began to look for him.
