Small plane crashes on Los Angeles golf course
LOS ANGELES — Authorities say a small plane has crashed on a golf course in the Venice area of Los Angeles.
Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott says the plane went down near the 8th hole of the Penmar Golf Course shortly after 6 p.m. Thursday.
Scott says paramedics are assessing one person at the scene for possible injuries.
It’s not known how many people were on board or if anyone on the ground was hurt.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
