Man offers daughter for beer

WASHINGTON - A man in the US state of Massachusetts offered to exchange his three-year-old daughter for two bottles of beer.

Matthew Brace, 24, made the offer Monday at a convenience store outside a service station in Chicopee town, Australian news agency AAP Tuesday quoted police as saying.

The girl’s mother was in the store buying cigarettes at that time. A maintenance man at the service station called the police, who found Brace hiding with the girl behind a garbage container.
