Eleven injured in stampede at New Delhi railway station

NEW DELHI - At least 11 people were injured in a stampede at New Delhi railway station Sunday, police said.

“A stampede took place on platforms number 12 and 13 around 2.30 p.m. following confusion about the platforms from where two Bihar-bound trains would leave,” a senior police official told IANS.

“The injured have been admitted to a hospital,” the official added.
