Man held for raping 30-year-old

NEW DELHI - A young man was Friday arrested for raping a 30-year-old woman in Kapashera area of southwest Delhi, police said.

Chintoo raped the woman Thursday afternoon. “Medical examination of the victim confirmed rape. We have arrested the accused,” a police officer said.

Chintoo resided in a rented room in the same building where the victim was staying with her family.
