BEIRUT, LEBANON (GaeaTimes.com)- The latest updates of the Ethiopian Airlines plane crash are rather confusing. The reports state that a number of bodies have been found of people who had died in the plane crash. However, the count is not very much certain, with some sources reporting that about 21 bodies have been discovered, while others claim that the number is 18, and still others reporting the count to be 14. However, it is certain that no survivor has yet been rescued from the site of the crash.
What is making it even more difficult for the search party to carry out the rescue operations effectively is the terrible weather, with high waves, heavy rain and strong winds. All these have contributed to the fact that the latest updates of the Ethiopian Airlines plane crash are rather dubious. However, the families and acquaintances of the passengers have been assured by Michel Sulayman, the President of Lebanon, that the search parties are doing the best that they can amidst such hostile weather.
The Ethiopian Airlines plane crash occurred just some time after it had taken off. It could no longer be contacted only after a few minutes of having started the journey. After some time, reports started pouring in of the crash in the Mediterranean Sea, off the Lebanon coast. The Lebanese government has enlisted the help of the army and also the United Nations Interim Force that is stationed in Lebanon. The country is also asking help from other nations. It is being expected that further updates on the Ethiopian Airlines plane crash will be available shortly as rescue operations continue to take place.
