Raleigh Accident Kills Woman

The accident took place at 7:15 a.m local time in the morning when the onlookers witnessed a Chrysler Town Country minivan colliding against a Chevrolet Silverado with heavy momentum. The van was spotted moving westwards on Interstate 64 which is just a few paces away from the Bragg exit. At this very juncture, the vehicle went ahead and crossed the center median only to collide straight into a Chevrolet Silverado that was moving towards the east.
The woman in the car who got killed in the Raleigh County accident was 21 years old. The other three that were injured were all in their twenties who were traveling in the Chrysler. The Raleigh County Sheriff also reported a 53-year-old man injured in the accident who has been admitted to the Beckley Appalachian Hospital. All others injured in the accident were taken to Raleigh General Hospital. Following the accident, the Raleigh County Sheriff dropped by at the accident site and initiated an investigation so as to figure out what might have caused the accident in Raleigh County. The Sheriff told the media that it has to be noted that the accident took place at the morning hours when the rush of the traffic is generally slow. The Sheriff told the media that its not wise at this point of time to release the names of all those who have been killed or were injured in the accident. No police case has been filed but the Raleigh County sheriff is looking into the matter.
