Typhoon Chaba Approaches Japan
TOKYO, JAPAN (GaeaTimes.com)- With Typhoon Chaba gradually making its way towards Japan, authorities have ordered widespread evacuations while alert warnings have been issued to minimize devastation to a large extent.
