CHENNAI (GaeaTimes.com)- As the people of Tamil Nadu braced themselves for rough weather by shutting down all educational institutions, offices etc., the Regional Cyclone Warning Centre in Chennai has announced that Cyclone Jal has weakened considerably by Sunday night.
