Six held for Rs.1 crore robbery in Ghaziabad

GHAZIABAD - Six robbers have been arrested and 1.5 kg of gold worth Rs.30 lakh and Rs.6 lakh in cash recovered in connection with a Oct 31 robbery at the Muthoot finance company’s branch in Ghaziabad, police said Thursday.

Cash and gold amounting to Rs.1 crore were looted in the robbery, which took place at Shalimar Garden area of Sahibabad locality, police said.
