Child dies in roof collapse

NEW DELHI - A child was killed and another injured when the ceiling of their house collapsed in a west Delhi slum Sunday, officials said.
The incident occurred around 1 p.m. in Dwarka Sector 19, police said.
Two children were brought to the hospital. One of them was dead and the other had injuries on his legs and feet, said an official at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, Hari Nagar.
Sameem (5) died after suffering major head injuries and the condition of Riyaz (13) was reported to be stable.
