GRIFFIN, GEORGIA (Gaea Times.com) The parents of Dayna Kempson Schacht were in for a rude shock when they received a video on their cellphone, which showed the body of their daughter in the accident. 23 year old Dayna Kempson Schacht, a mother of two, died in an accident on July 17, when she lost control of her car and it collided with a row of trees. When firefighters arrived, one of them made a video of the crash and the body of the dead woman with his cellphone. He then forwarded it to fellow firefighters, and had reportedly show it to a few people in a bar.
The crash video of Dayna Kempson Schacht did not end there, it was forwarded by him to many people and finally found its way to the cell phone of the deceased’s parents. The firefighter has been suspended for his actions. Many people are furious regarding the incident and it is being refereed to as an invasion of privacy. However, the firefighter has not been arrested yet, he has been suspended only. Investigators are trying to determine if the act falls under the category of invasion of privacy or not.
The experience has been nothing short of a trauma for the parents of Dayna Kempson Schacht. The case of a video showing an accident or crash has not gone viral for the first time. The present controversy is similar in nature to that of Nikki Catsouras, an 18 year old who died in a car crash. Nikki Catsouras’s parents had accused the CHP of having leaked pictures of their daughter’s accident online.
