Two youths drown while immersing idols in Yamuna

NEW DELHI - Two youths were drowned in the Yamuna river Monday while immersing Durga idols in south Delhi, police said.
Search for Ashish (22) and Shailesh (19), who were both residents of Sangam Vihar, has been abandoned, a police official told IANS.
The two came to Jaitpur to immerse the idols around 3.30 p.m. Monday. Bodies of the two have not so far been recovered, police said.
