Apex court clears way for verdict in builder’s murder case

NEW DELHI - The Supreme Court Tuesday cleared the way for the pronouncement of a special TADA court’s verdict in the 1995 murder of real estate builder Pradeep Jain. Underworld don Abu Salem is the prime accused in the case.
The judgment was given by Justice R.M. Lodha.
The apex court had earlier asked the trial court to go ahead with the hearings but restrained it from pronouncing the verdict in the case.
