BJP says Delhi is ‘rape capital’

NEW DELHI - Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Sushma Swaraj Tuesday described Delhi as India’s “rape capital”.
Sushma Swaraj made the remark while leading a street protest deploring the law and order situation in the city.
Later, hundreds of demonstrators courted arrest on their way to parliament from Jantar Mantar monument, about a kilometre away.
