120 kg poppy husk seized, 2 arrested

CHANDIGARH - Haryana Police Saturday arrested two residents of Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura district and recovered 120 kg of powdered poppy husk from their possession.

A spokesman of Haryana police said that following a tip off, a special police team nabbed the accused, namely Brijwasi of village Dharora and Mohan Shyam, a resident of Vrindavan in Mathura, from Mohda-Badrola road in district Ambala, 60 km from here.
