Small plane crashes into western Pa. home
BELL, Pa. — Authorities say a twin-engine plane crashed into a house in western Pennsylvania, but authorities do not know how many people were aboard. No one in the home was hurt.
State police say the plane struck the house at about 9:25 a.m. Saturday in rural Westmoreland County, about 90 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.
Police in Kiski Valley say everyone in the house was able to get out safely, but a fire at the home was still burning.
Federal Aviation Administration officials say the crash has been reported but did not know where the plane was coming from, where it was headed or how many people were aboard.
