Police sub-inspector suspended for molesting colleague

NEW DELHI - A Delhi Police sub-inspector was Tuesday suspended for molesting his colleague and showing her obscene MMS clips, a day after he was arrested on the charge, a police officer said.
Mukesh Chhabra, posted at the Rajouri Garden station, started showing some obscene MMS clips to a woman assistant sub-inspector.
“The woman resisted the move and lodged a written complaint against Chhabra,” the officer said.
A case has been registered against him under sections 354 (outraging the modesty of woman) and 509 (acts intended to intrude into the privacy of woman) of the Indian Penal Code, he added.
Chhabra was arrested Monday.
