Three held for killing bank employee

NEW DELHI - Three people were arrested for killing a bank employee over his relationship with a woman colleague, police said Wednesday.

Dilip Kumar, 27, an employee of the Canara Bank, went missing on May 8 and his burnt body was recovered from Ghaziabad two days later, police said.

“During the investigation we found that he was in constant touch with a girl. We kept a vigil on her movements and found that one her close friend, Rahul, was involved in the murder of Dilip,” a police officer said.

According to police, the woman worked in the same office and she became good friends with Dilip which troubled Rahul.

He along with two other accomplice kidnapped Dilip, beat him severely and strangled him to death.
