12-year-old killed in firing at wedding

NEW DELHI - A 12-year-old boy has been killed in celebratory firing at a wedding party here, police said Wednesday. The accused has been arrested.
People from the groom’s family began firing in the air at Shahbad area at around 10 p.m. Tuesday.
A bullet hit Amit Singh, who had come to attend his aunt’s marriage, in the head. “He died on the spot,” a police officer said. The man who shot him was identified as Barsana.
