INDIANAPOLIS - The U.S. Grand Prix Racers Union is promising a review of its motorcycle racing safety rules, conceding it will never be able to eliminate the dangers in a high-speed sport where teenage competitors are the norm.

INDIANAPOLIS - The U.S Grand Prix Racers Union said Monday that it plans to review its safety measures after the death of a 13-year-old motorcycle rider.

INDIANAPOLIS - The motorcycle racing community mourned the death of a promising 13-year-old rider in a crash at Indianapolis Motor Speedway while defending the youth circuit that allows teens to drive vehicles that can top 120 mph.

INDIANAPOLIS - Race officials say rider Peter Lenz has sustained "traumatic injuries" after crashing during a warmup lap for a junior series motorcycle event at Indianapolis on Sunday.
